<br />Agency Member Griset returned to the Council Chambers at 5:38 p.m. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Richardson <br />and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Approve Appropriation Adjustment No. 91-237 recognizing <br />$462,000 in unanticipated revenues in the Central City <br />Project Area and appropriating same to the repayment of the <br />General Fund. The General Fund will loan $462,000 to the <br />Inter-City Project Area for the purpose of contracting <br />preparation of the Regional Transportation Center Area <br />Specific Plan. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Agency Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an <br />agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana and Ehrenkrantz, Eckstut & Whitelaw for <br />preparation of the Regional Transportation Center Area <br />Specific Plan. <br /> <br />INFILL NEW CONSTRUCTION LOAN - 1633 SOUTH TOWNSEND <br /> <br />Agency Kember KcGuigan expressed favorable comments regarding the <br />implementation of modular units, adding that this is an excellent means in <br />which to utilize small lots. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Richardson <br />and carried unanimously (6 :0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve an Infill <br />New Construction Loan for Kr. & Mrs. Arenas in an amount not to exceed <br />$90,000 to finance the construction of a new modular single family residence <br />at 1633 South Townsend. <br /> <br />GRANT OF EASEMENT - SANTA ANA AUTO MALL <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Richardson, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan <br />and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize the <br />Chairman and the Executive Director of the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment <br />Agency to execute a certain Grant of Easement to convey an easement from the <br />Agency to Santa Ana Auto Mall, Inc. over two strips of land, located along <br />the east side of Ritchey Street, on the north and south sides of Auto Mall <br />Drive within the Santa Ana Auto Mall. <br /> <br />BID AWARD FOR REPLACEMENT OF TREE GRATES ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF FOURTH <br />mwI <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Richardson, seconded by Agency Member Griset <br />and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency award the bid and <br />authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute a contract with <br />Moonlighting Construction, Inc., the lowest responsive bidder, to reconstruct <br />tree wells on the north side of Fourth Street between Birch and Bush Streets, <br />in the amount of $58,400. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
