<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />MARCH 19, 1991 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the CoDUllunity Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5: 30 p.m. by Chairman Young in Room 147 of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Richardson, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan <br />and carried unanimously (4:0) to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />of the Community Redevelopment Agency held February 19, 1991. <br /> <br />INFILL NEW CONSTRUCTION LOAN TO CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORPORATION FOR <br />201 NORTH RAITT STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve an Infill New <br />Construction Loan in the amount of $144,000 to Civic Center Barrio Housing <br />Corporation for its project located at 201 North Raitt Street. <br /> <br />BROADWAY THEATER DEMOLITION CHANGE ORDER NO.2 <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Richardson <br />and carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve Change <br />Order No.2 for the Broadway Theater Demolition Project in the amount of <br />$864. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Richardson <br />and carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the <br />Agency Secretary to enter into the Minutes: <br />
