<br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />FEBRUARY 19, 1991 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:35 p.m. by Chairman Young in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given, and <br />the following Agency Members were in attendance: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Dan Griset <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Rick Norton <br />Miguel Pulido, Vice Chairman <br />Robert L. Richardson <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held January 15, <br />1991. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF THE COST OF PLACING UTILITIES UNDERGROUND IN THE MINNIE <br />STREET ALLEY <br /> <br />On a motion by Agency Member Pulido, which was seconded by Agency Member <br />McGuigan and carried unanimously (7:0), the Redevelopment Agency authorized <br />payment in the amount of $69,384.55 to utility companies for the placing of <br />utilities underground in the Minnie Street alley. <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE KOLL COMPANY <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to <br />execute, a Memorandum of Understanding with The Koll Company concerning the <br />possible development of property in the vicinity of the Regional <br />Transportation Center. <br />
