<br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT BUDGET for discussion and separate action
<br />FISCAL YEAR 1980~81 - APPROVED from the proposed Housing and
<br /> Community Development Block Grant
<br />Budget for fiscal year 1980-81, which was continued following public
<br />hearing on December 17, 1979: Housing Replacement Program, removed by
<br />Mayor Ward (for Councilman Markel); Women's Transitional Living Center, by
<br />Mayor Ward, National Housing Service and Rehabilitation Loan Program by
<br />Bricken; Community Development Office by Luxembourger; and South Central
<br />Bike Trail by Mayor Ward.

<br />Following discussion on each item, motions were made as follows:

<br />MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded by Ward, to approve the Housing Replace-
<br />ment Program in the amount of $40,000.

<br />a plan for monitoring the program and report to Council on administration of
<br />funds.
