<br /> Manager, MOTION was made by
<br />Bricken, seconded by Serrato, to approve a special flat stadium rental
<br />fee of $390 per day for the Pop Warner League Orange Empire Conference
<br />"Orange Bowl" tournament, November 29 and 30, 1980; and to authorize the
<br />Acting Director of Recreation and Parks to issue a conditional permit
<br />for use of Eddie West Field - Santa Ana Stadium at the special fee for
<br />the tournament.

<br />by Yamamoto, to 1) allow for closing of the Santa Ana Zoo on Christmas
<br />and New Years Day; and 2) allow the Director of Recreation and Parks to
<br />set the hours the Zoo will be open, with consideration given to recom-
<br />mendations from the Board of Recreation and Parks.
