AGENDA ORDER - FY 1980-81 Mayor Ward directed Council <br />6TH YEAR CDBG APPLICATION to the public hearing continued <br />RES. 80-42 - ADOPTED from February 4, 1980, scheduled <br />SUBMISSION TO SCAG - AUTHORIZED for time certain at 4:00 p.m. <br /> The Assistant City Manager <br />made the staff presentation. There were no speakers for or against the <br />proposed application. The Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Following Council discussion, MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded by <br />Griset, to: <br /> <br />1) Adopt the followin9 resolutioni and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-42 - A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROV- <br />ING THE DRAFT APPLICATION FOR THE FUNDING OF <br />THE SIXTH YEAR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOP- <br />MENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, AND DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS THE <br />DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA TO ACT IN CONNECTION WITH THE AFORESAID <br />DRAFT APPLICATION, TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY <br />STEPS TO FILE SAID APPLICATION AND TO <br />PROVIDE SUCH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS <br />MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE AUTHORIZED STATE <br />AND REGIONAL CLEARINGHOUSES. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Authorize submission of Resolution No. 80-42 and Draft Performance <br />Report to the State and Regional (SCAG) Clearinghouses for their <br />A-95 Review and Comments.
