Cindy Nelson responded that an approved site <br />plan is in place for the entire center and Walmart plans to be under <br />construction in January 1997. If for some reason the developer for the <br />remaining property chooses to substantially modify the approved site plan, <br />they will be required to resubmit their plan and go through the site plan <br />approval process again. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />cynthia J.
