<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the <br />Minutes. <br /> <br />The February 5,1996 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 10 a.m. on February 1, 1996. <br /> <br />* * * * END OF CONSENT CALENDAR * * * * <br /> <br />HOME MORTGAGE FINANCE AND CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution adopting a Home Mortgage Finance and <br />Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in cooperation with the <br />County of Orange, and authorizing an application to the <br />California Debt Limit Allocation Committee for a $5,000,000 <br />allocation for the issuance of Mortgage Credit Certificates <br />and the transfer of such allocation to the County of Orange. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute, a Cooperative <br />Agreement between the County of Orange and the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to implement <br />a Home Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit Certificate <br />Program. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Mills <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />Richardson <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Lutz, McGuigan, Mills, Moreno, Pulido, Richardson <br />(Espinoza abstained) <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO LOAN REPAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH HISTORIC FRENCH PARK <br />NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />Authorize the Executive Director to amend the loan repayment terms <br />with the Historic French Park Neighborhood Association for the <br />development of the property located at 820 North Lacy Street to allow <br />for a short payoff of the loans, with a maximum loss to the Agency <br />not to exceed $12,000. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Richardson <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />McGuigan <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />Espinoza, Lutz, McGuigan, Mills, Moreno, Pulido, <br />Richardson <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 20. 1996 <br /> <br />REDEVELOHIEIIT AGEIICY M1IIUTES <br />
