<br />consideration of formation of a Council Energy Committee, MOTION was
<br />made by Luxembour§er, seconded by Ward, to authorize the Mayor to
<br />respond, informing Garden Grove that staff is responsible for develop-
<br />ment of energy issues and encouraging other jurisdictions to work with
<br />staff on energy matters.
