<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS <br />- ROSEMARY GEORGE STRALEY - 612, 614 & 622 EAST SANTA ANA <br />BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an Agreement with <br />Rosemary George straley for acquisition of real property <br />located at 612, 614, and 622 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa <br />Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel Nos. 398-311-02, 398- <br />311-15, and 398-311-16, for the amount of $150,000 plus <br />closing costs in an amount not to exceed $2,500. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />McGuigan <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />Lutz <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Espinoza, Franklin, Lutz, McGuigan, Moreno, <br />Richardson, Pulido <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS - 322 EAST ADAMS STREET, 715-719 NORTH CONCORD, AND <br />714 EAST SANTA ANA BOULEVARD <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement <br />for the acquisition of real property and escrow <br />instructions acquiring the real property located at 322 <br />East Adams Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor <br />Parcel Number 016-045-10 from the Irvine Ranch Water <br />District for the amount of $67,000 plus normal costs not <br />to exceed $2,000. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement <br />for the acquisition of real property and escrow <br />instructions acquiring the real property located at 715- <br />719 North Concord, Santa Ana, and identified as <br />Director's Deeds Nos. 072996-01-02 and 100239-01-01 from <br />Caltrans for the total amount of $61,500. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement <br />for the acquisition of real property and escrow <br />instructions acquiring the real property located at 714 <br />East Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana, and identified as <br />Assessor Parcel Number 398-312-18 from Charlotte Watman <br />for the amount of $38,000 plus escrow closing costs not <br />to exceed $2,000. <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />MARCH 3, 1997 <br />
