Jim Davis of Southland Economic Development Corporation <br />provided additional background information. No written comments were <br />received. See February 3, 1997 City Council Minutes for additional <br />information. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Community Redevelopment Agency Action: <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Resolution 97-2 - A resolution of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana approving <br />the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Predevelopment <br />Loan Agreement between the Agency and Southland Economic <br />Development Corporation dba Santa Ana Development <br />Company, pertaining to the implementation of a <br />replacement housing program and authorizing the <br />Executive Director to execute, on behalf of the Agency, <br />the MOU and related documents. <br />
