<br />authorize its execution by M~yor and Clerk; and

<br />HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM SHOULD BE EXTENDED
<br />TO RENTAL HOUSING AND TO OFFER CITY ASSISTANCE TO
<br />THE CIVIC CENTER BARRIO IN THE FORMATION OF ITS
