<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'y <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion: Approve the Minutes of the Community Redevelopment Agency: <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting August 7, 2000 <br /> <br />RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes. <br /> <br />The August 7, 2000 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 4:25 p.m. on August 2, 2000. <br /> <br />The Notice of Adjournment of the August 7, 2000 Community <br />Redevelopment Agency Adjourned Regular Meeting to August 21, 2000 at <br />6:05 p.m. in the Police Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza was <br />posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 1:45 <br />p.m. on August 8, 2000. <br /> <br />* * * END OF CONSENT CALENDAR * * * <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />JOINT COUNCIUAGENCY/FINANCING AUTHORITY ITEM <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT 1999-2000 YEAR-END ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing FY 99-00 revenue of <br />$2,480,195 in the Criminal Activities Fund, $568,790 in the Inmate Welfare <br />and Police Special Revenue Fund, $482,810 in the Refuse Collection <br />Fund, $1,107,030 as a general fund loan to the Central City <br />Redevelopment Project Area, recognizing $17,458,590 in bond proceeds <br />and investment income from the 1998 Santa Ana Financing Authority <br />Refunding Revenue Bonds, transferring $4,341,085 of general fund <br />revenue to the Workers Compensation and Liability Funds, recognizing <br />$309,630 in the Equipment Maintenance Fund, transferring $2,577,200 in <br />additional tax increment revenue to the Housing Set-Aside fund, and <br />allocating general fund revenue of $1,638,245 to Police Field Operations, <br />$1,343,995 to Fire Suppression, $458,970 to Parks and Recreation, and <br />$30,590 to Clerk of the Council operations. <br /> <br />MOTION: Franklin <br /> <br />SECOND: McGuigan <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Bist, Christy, Franklin, Lutz, McGuigan (5) <br />None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Moreno, Pulido (2) <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />AUGUST 21,2000 <br />
