<br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Gaye Duron, 710 S. Orange,
<br />NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH CORPS stated that Santa Ana's
<br /> Neighborhood Youth Corps
<br /> program does not permit
<br />interior home improvement work, but only allows for weatherization of
<br />homes. Ms. Duron stated a preference to transfer program funding from
<br />the City to the County of Orange to allow interior home improvement
<br />work.
<br />
<br />The M~yor thanked Ms. Duron for her comments and assured her they would be
<br />considered when the Summer Youth Employment Program was before Council

<br />MOVING OF KELLOGG HOUSE As recommended in the report
<br />SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT dated July 1, 1980, MOTION
<br />APPROVED was made by Bricken, seconded

<br />Santa Ana Unified School District to move the Kellogg House to its new
<br />site in accordance with departmental recommendations.
