<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Communitv Redevelopment Aaencv Actions: <br /> <br />Motions: 1. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 2001-08 and amend Disposition and <br />Development Agreement to authorize the financing of the <br />construction of certain sound attenuation improvements to those <br />live/work units along Third Street and abutting the DGWB parking <br />lot. <br /> <br />2. Direct the General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute, an Affordable Housing Agreement <br />with Santa Ana Artists Village LLC. <br /> <br />3. Authorize the Executive Director to negotiate the terms of an <br />Owner Participation Agreement with the property owner for the <br />potential redevelopment of the Festival Hall site. <br /> <br />Citv Council Actions: <br /> <br />Motions: 1. Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Mitigation Monitoring Program for Environmental Review No. 01- <br />144. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution making certain findings with respect to the <br />consideration to be received by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency pursuant to a Disposition and Development Agreement <br />between the Agency and Santa Ana Artist's Village LLC (The <br />Olson Company) for the sale of certain real property in the Central <br />City Redevelopment Project Area and approving the sale of said <br />real property upon the terms and conditions contained in that <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute a parking option agreement <br />with Santa Ana Artist's Village LLC. <br /> <br />4. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and City Manager and Clerk of <br />the Council to execute an Environmental Mitigation Agreement <br />with the owner and operator of the Festival Hall property. <br /> <br />5. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 01-28 as <br />conditioned. <br /> <br />6.
