CLERK OF COUNCIL ABSENCE - APPROVED Guy requested permission from CITY MANAGER - APPOINTED ACTING CLERK the Council to be absent from the City from July 26, 1980, through August 10, 1980. MOTION was made by Yamamoto, seconded by Luxembourger, to grant ~ermission for the Clerk's absence and to appoint- City Manager A. J. Wilson as Acting Clerk of the Council in the interim. MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded by Yamamoto, to instruct staff to diligently proceed with abatement of said violations.
