Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute, an Agreement with the California <br />Housing Finance Agency and the California Housing Loan <br />Insurance Fund to enable participating lenders to offer CHFA- <br />CaHLIF 97/3 Mortgage Program loans to qualified homebuyers in <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />2.
