<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS COVERING 609 AND 619 NORTH GARFIELD STREET <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman <br />and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real properly and escrow instructions acquiring the <br />real properly located at 609 Norlh Garfield, Santa Ana, and <br />identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-313-07 from Raul Ayala <br />for the amount of $210,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman <br />and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real properly and escrow instructions acquiring the <br />real properly located at 619 Norlh Garfield, Santa Ana, and <br />identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-313-05 from Bobby G. <br />and Mary F.
