Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority <br />responded to the roll call: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />David F. Ortiz <br />John Garthe <br />David 1. Brandt <br />Harry K. Yamamoto, Chairman <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />James E. Ward <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representative of the Press <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR <br />SALE OF HOUSING SITE <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />Consideration of <br />a contract for <br />sale of land and <br />private redevelopment <br />with the Housing Authority, Community Redevelopment Agency and <br />Shapell Government Housing and Goldrich/Kest was continued to <br />December 6, 1976, on the unanimously approved 4:0 motion of <br />Commissioner Brandt, seconded by Commissioner Ortiz. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT At 5:33 P.M., the <br />meeting was adjourned <br />to December 6, 1976, <br />at 2:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, by Ch irman Yamamoto. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />a ~ '- <br />
