<br />:1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />73-4 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING RULES FOR <br />OWNER PARTICIPATION IN '!HE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA PURSUANT TO <br />THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT ACT, <br />SECTION 33339 AND SECTION 33345 OF THE <br />CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 33339 of the California Health and Safety <br />Code, Community Redevelopment Act states: <br /> <br />"Every Redevelopment Plan shall provide for <br />participation in the Redevelopment of property <br />in the project area by the owners of all or part <br />of such property if the owners agree to partici- <br />pate in the redevelopment in conformity with the <br />Redevelopment Plan adopted by the legislative <br />body for the area." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 33345 of the California Health and Safety <br />Code, California Community Redevelopment Act states: <br /> <br />"with respect to each redevelopment project, <br />each agency shall, within a reasonable time <br />before its approval of the redevelopment plan, <br />adopt and make available for public inspection, <br />rules to implement the operation of owner <br />participation in CDnnection with the plan." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana Community Redevelopment <br />Commission, at a meeting held April 17, 1973, recommended to the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency, that it adopt the Rules for OWner <br />participation in the City of Santa Ana Redevelopment project Area <br />pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Act, which are attached <br />hereto, and incorporated herein by reference and made a part <br />hereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California as follows: <br /> <br />1. That certain document entitled "RULES FOR OWNER PARTI- <br />CIPATION IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br />PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT ACT", a copy <br />of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference <br />and made a part hereof, is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br />2. That the rules set forth in the aforementioned document <br />provisions shall be made available for public inspection immediately <br />upon adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1973. <br /> <br />~M~- <br />Chairman <br /> <br />'l <br />
