NO. 80-175, <br />80-176, 80-177 - ADOPTED <br /> <br />Assessment District No. 243. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that this was <br />was the time and place for the <br />public hearing of appeals of the <br />assessments in the matter of <br /> <br />The Acting Public Works Director presented the staff report and recommenda- <br />tions. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported three written protests were received and <br />distributed to Council. <br /> <br />Mr. George O. Morris, 321N. Harbor, spoke against the assessment. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter.
