<br />. .. <br /> <br />...~ <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 74-21 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION <br />OF REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES, SPECI- <br />FICALLY PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, FACILITIES AND UTILlTIES, <br />LOCATED WITHIN THE AREA OF ROSS STREET, FIRST STREET, <br />BIRCH STREET AND BIRCH PARK <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED: That the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana does hereby find and declare that the <br />public interest and necessity require that for redevelopment <br />purposes, specifically public improvements, facilities, or <br />utilities, the hereinbelow described real property be condemned, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That such acquisition is done in <br />a manner consistent with the greatest public good and the least <br />private injury. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the attached map be entered <br />as Exhibit A and be used as an illustration of the property to <br />be condemned, Said Exhibit A is incorporated by this reference <br />as if fully set forth herein, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the attached legal descrip- <br />tion be entered as Exhibit B and is the description of the <br />property to be condemned.
