<br />i <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />'"""--l <br /> <br />,~'> <br /> <br />'" ~~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />74-17 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A <br />MODIFICATION OF THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT WITH <br />KENNARD, DELAHOUSIE AND GAULT, ARCHITECTURE <br />AND PLANNING, DATED APRIL 1, 1974, TO PROVIDE <br />ADDITIONAL PLANNING SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency and Kennard, <br />Delahousie and Gault, Architecture and Planning, entered into <br />an agreement April 1,1974, for architectural and planning ser- <br />vices; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, additional architecture and planning services <br />will be required by the Community Redevelopment Agency for the <br />proposed expansion of the Community Redevelopment Project Area; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency desires to continue retaining the <br />services of Kennard, Delahousie and Gault to prepare additional <br />planning studies for the Redevelopmént Project within the bounda- <br />ries of the Redevelopment Project Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kennard, Delahousie and Gault represent that <br />they are authorized and qualified to provide suœh services for <br />the Agency. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves <br />the modified agreement for planning studies and services with <br />Kennard, Delahousie and Gault, Architecture and Planning, which <br />agreement is attached hereto and referred to as Exhibit "A", and <br />authorizes the Chairman of the Agency to execute said Agreement <br />on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9 th day of <br /> <br />, 1974. <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />ATTEsT; <br /> <br /> <br />-4- ~ .
