<br />I <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />,þ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 74-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY AND '!HE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH OOUG MYERS AND ASSOCIATES FOR TECHNICAL <br />REAL ESTATE SERVICES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana (hereinafter referred to as "Agency") <br />has the need for technical assistance in real estate <br />matters. particularly as they pertain to development of <br />large scale shopping centers and office complexes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "Agency" desires to retain the services <br />of a consultant to give technical assistance to the <br />Redevelopment Agency in such real estate matters; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "Agency" has solicited proposals <br />requesting real estate technical services for the <br />Redevelopment Project Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Doug Myers and Associates represent that <br />they are authorized and qualified to provide such services <br />for the "Agency"; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves the agreement for the real estate technical <br />services of Doug Myers and Associates which agreement <br />is attached hereto and referred to as Exhibit "A" and <br />authorizes the Chairman of the Agency to execute said <br />agreement on behalf of the "Agency". <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of <br />1974. ----- <br /> <br />August <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />
