In the event Agency requests addition public presentations, Contractor shall bill Agency for additional costs as mutually agreed upon by Agency and Contractor. (S300) CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL The Contractor agrees to assign the 'following personnel to this Contract: l. Partner in charge, Jeffrey M. Gault, sha-l spend 30 percent of his total working hours based on a 40 hour week or fraction thereof, during the term of this Agreement in per- forming services to the Agency pursuant to this Agreement; 2. Senior Planner, Thomas G. Lewis, shall spend 65 percent of his total working hours based on a 40 hour week for each week or fraction thereof during the term of this Agreement in perform- ing services to the Agency pursuant to this agreement; 3. Traffic Consultants - Crommelin Pringle Association . (S400) REPORTS The Contractor shall submit a monthly written report describing the progress of the work performed and shall further submit an oral weekly report to the Agency staff. (S500) TIME OF PERFORMANCE (S50l) All services required pursuant to (SlOO) of this Agreement shall commence when and as directed by the Agency and shall be -7- UU}-s
