Edinger. The meeting was reconvened in the <br />City Council Chambers at 7:56 p.m. with all members present but Council- <br />man Griset who arrived at 8:03 p.m. <br /> <br />INVOCATION <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Following the Pledge of Alle- <br />giance to the Flag, the Invo- <br />cation was given by Pastor Dr. <br />T.J. Hollins, New Spirit <br />Baptist Church. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION Councilman Yamamoto presented <br />"LUNGS FOR LIFE WEEK" a proclamation designating the <br /> week of November 9-15, 1980, as <br /> "Lungs for Life Week", to Tim <br />Geddes, Director of Public Affairs, Orange County Lung Association. Mr. <br />Geddes expressed his thanks to Council. CA 46 <br /> <br />SERVICE AWARDS <br /> <br />Service Award Pins were presented <br />by the Mayor and City Manager to <br />City employees with 20, 25, and <br />30 years of service to the City. <br /> CA 50 <br /> <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />THIRD ANNUAL OLD TOWN STREET FAIRE <br /> <br />Certificates of Appreciation were <br />presented to officers and organ- <br />izers of the Third Annual Old <br />Town Street Faire by the Ma~vor. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION Councilman Griset presented a <br />"AMERICAN EDUCATION WEEK" proclamation to Dr. Clark Stone <br /> Associate Superintendent of <br /> Santa Ana Schools, designating <br />the week of November 16-22, 1980, as "American Education Week". Jeff <br />Mayer, Student Body President of Saddleback High School presented Council <br />with commemorative posters recognizing the event.
