" , .' .... .<"," . ~ ~-".., RESOLUTION NO. 74-3 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE RELOCATION GUIDELINES OF THE STATE COMMISSION OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEEREAS. Government Code Section 7267.8 requires all public entities to adopt by March 7. 1974, relocation guidelines in con- formity with those guidelines adopted by the State commission of Housing and Community Development; and WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana has expressed its policy to fully comply with all State relocation assistance requirements; . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the community Redevelop- ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby adopts the State of California Relocation Guidelines adopted by the Commission of Housing and Community Development. a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any commitments or policy state- ments by the Community Redevelopment Agency in the Redevelopment Plan or in any other official documents which provide for greater benefits than those in the herein adopted Guidelines, are still in force and effect.
