, . ~ . . remove, demolish, alter, improve or rehabilitate existing structures and improvements on his property and to there- after use and maintain the same in such manner as shall be required by said Redevelopment Plan and a declaration of restrictions adopted by the Agency. 4. A participating owner shall agree to remove or permit the Agency to remove any and all restrictions existing against his property which are contrary to those contained in said Redevelopment Plan or said Declaration of Restric- tions and to impose or permit the Agency to impose said Declaration of Restrictions on his property. 5. A participating owner shall agree to insert into and make a part of any lease, rental agreement. occupancy permit, use or sales agreement pertaining to his property or any other document a provision that there shall be no restric- tions imposed thereon because of race, creed, color or national origin. 6. If a participating owner agrees to remove, demolish, alter, improve or rehabilitate existing structures and improvements on his property; he shall also agree to do such within specified time limits established by the Agency. If the participating owner agrees to construct new structures and/or improvements on his property or to remove, demolish, alter, improve or rehabilitate his existing property he shall agree to do so only after plans, specifications and artist's renderings of the building have been presented to and approved by the Agency and shall perform such construc- tion after said approval within specified time limits set -2- f
