<br />, . <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />remove, demolish, alter, improve or rehabilitate existing <br /> <br />structures and improvements on his property and to there- <br /> <br />after use and maintain the same in such manner as shall <br /> <br />be required by said Redevelopment Plan and a declaration <br /> <br />of restrictions adopted by the Agency. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />A participating owner shall agree to remove or permit <br /> <br />the Agency to remove any and all restrictions existing <br /> <br />against his property which are contrary to those contained <br /> <br /> <br />in said Redevelopment Plan or said Declaration of Restric- <br /> <br />tions and to impose or permit the Agency to impose said <br /> <br />Declaration of Restrictions on his property. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />A participating owner shall agree to insert into and make <br /> <br />a part of any lease, rental agreement. occupancy permit, <br /> <br />use or sales agreement pertaining to his property or any <br /> <br />other document a provision that there shall be no restric- <br /> <br />tions imposed thereon because of race, creed, color or <br /> <br />national origin. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />If a participating owner agrees to remove, demolish, alter, <br /> <br />improve or rehabilitate existing structures and improvements <br />on his property; he shall also agree to do such within <br /> <br />specified time limits established by the Agency. <br /> <br />If the <br /> <br />participating owner agrees to construct new structures <br /> <br />and/or improvements on his property or to remove, demolish, <br /> <br />alter, improve or rehabilitate his existing property he <br /> <br />shall agree to do so only after plans, specifications and <br /> <br />artist's renderings of the building have been presented to <br /> <br />and approved by the Agency and shall perform such construc- <br />tion after said approval within specified time limits set <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />f <br />
