<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />74-1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, <br />ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF MR. THOMAS J. <br />ANDRUSKY AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-SECRETARY OF <br />THE AGENCY, APPOINTING MR. RICHARD E. GOBLIRSCH <br />AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-SECRETARY OF THE AGENCY, <br />AND COMMENDING MR. THOMAS J. ANDRUSKY FOR HIS <br />OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- <br />SECRETARY OF THE AGENCY <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana, on March 12,1973, appointed Mr. Thomas <br />J. Andrusky as Executive Director-Secretary of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency until such time as a full time Executive <br />Director-Secretary was appointed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Thomas J. Andrusky has submitted his <br />resignation as Executive Director-Secretary of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency in order to devote full time to his <br />duties as Assistant City Manager of the City of Santa Ana; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency has recruited <br />for a full time Executive Director-Secretary of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and has selected Mr. Richard E. Goblirsch; <br />and <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency wishes to <br />commend Mr. Thomas J. Andrusky for his outstanding and <br />devoted performance as Executive Director-Secretary of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency during its initial phases. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelop- <br />ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the resignation of Mr. Thomas J. Andrusky <br />as Executive Director-Secretary of the Community Redevelop- <br />ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana be accepted effective <br />January 14. 1974. <br /> <br />2. That Mr. Richard E. Goblirsch is hereby appointed <br />Executive Director-Secretary to the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana effective January 14.1974. <br /> <br />3. That Mr. Thomas J. Andrusky is hereby commended for <br />his outstanding and devoted performance as Executive Director- <br />Secretary of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ~ day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />,1974. <br /> <br />~~5 <br />Cha~rman <br />
