<br />... ~ <br /> <br />" ." <br />.. - <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CJL:pld <br />12-9-75 <br />Hl <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-19 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING <br />AND CERTIFYING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRON- <br />MENTAL IMPACT REPORT TO THE SANTA ANA REDE- <br />VELOPMENT PROJECT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT ADOPTED MAY 15,1975, FOR 200 UNITS <br />OF SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING TO BE CONSTRUCTED <br />BETWEEN ROSS AND BIRCH, FIRST AND THIRD <br />STREETS IN THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PRO- <br />JECT AREA UNDER THE UNITED STATES HOUSING <br />ACT OF 1937 AS AMENDED <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana, after due notice, and after <br />a public hearing held December 15,1975, that the draft sup- <br />plemental Environmental Impact Report to the Santa Ana Rede- <br />velopment Project Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15, <br />1975, for 200 units of senior citizens housing to be con- <br />structed between Ross and Birch, First and Third Streets in <br />the Santa Ana Redevelopment project Area under the United <br />States Housing Act of 1937 as amended, which draft is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A," all written and verbal comments <br />received by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana pertaining to said draft supplemental Environmental <br />Impact Report, are hereby adopted as the final supplemental <br />Environmental Impact Report to the Santa Ana Redevelopment <br />Project Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15,1975. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the community Redevelop- <br />ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby certifies that said <br />final supplemental Environmental Impact Report was prepared in <br />conformance with the Community Redevelopment Agenayof the <br />City of Santa Ana's Procedures for Implementation of the Cali- <br />fornia Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations <br />of the California State Resources Agency, as well as the <br />California Environmental Quality Act of 1970. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana at its special <br />meeting held on the 15th day of December, ,.1975. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JO <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Executive Director and <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO LEGAL <br /> <br />~/~ <br /> <br />KEITH L.
