<br />.c <br /> <br />1\11 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~".:, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />j" "' <br /> <br />CJL:pld <br />11-11-75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-18 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMilllITY REDEVELOPJ~NT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A NOTICE OF TERMI- <br />NATION OF AGREEMENT WITH LARRY SMITH M1D CO., <br />INC., FOR ECONOMIC CONSULTANTS SERVICES AND <br />INSTRUCTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO SERVE <br />SAID NOTICE OF TERMINATION PURSUANT TO <br />SECTION 517 OF THE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes the Chairman to <br />execute the Notice of Termination of the Agreement for Economic <br />Study Services with Larry Smith and Co., Inc., dated April 1, 1974, <br />and a modification thereof, dated October 9,1974, a copy of which <br />Notice is attached hereto and labeled Exhibit "A," and hereby <br />instructs the Executive Director to send said Notice pursuant to <br />Section 515 and Section 517 of said Agreement. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana at its reqular meeting <br />held on the 10th day of December , 1975. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director and <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO LEGAL FORM: <br /> <br />~-r~ <br /> <br />KEITH L.
