GOW AS LEGAL COUNSEL OF THE <br />AGENCY IN THE PLACE OF THE ACTING <br />LEGAL COUNSEL CHARLES J. LIBERTO <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />appoints Keith L. Gow as Legal Counsel in place of the <br />acting legal counsel Charles J.
