<br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING AND <br />CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ON THE <br />AMENDMENT TO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT DATED APRIL 2,1975 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana that the Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report on the Amendment to Redevelopment Plan City <br />of Santa Ana Redevelopment Project which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit "A", all written and verbal comments received <br />by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa <br />Ana pertaining to said Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />are hereby adopted as the Final Environmental Impact Report <br />on the Amendment to Redevelopment Plan City of Santa Ana <br />Redevelopment Project dated April 2,1975. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby certifies that said <br />Final Environmental Impact Report was prepared in confor- <br />mance with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana's procedures for implementation of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the regulations of <br />the California States Resources Agency, as well as the <br />California Environmental Quality Act of 1970. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana at its special meeting <br />held on the 15th day Of~Ma..y, 1975. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />- ~ <br /> <br />VERNON S.
