<br />- - <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ARCHITECTURAL <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN AMPHITHEATRE FOR THE PER- <br />FORMING ARTS, INC" PACIFIC RIM ASSOCIATES, <br />INC., AND LEASON POMEROY ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana (hereinafter referred to as "AGENCY") <br />has a need for architectural services for the proposed <br />Santa Ana Cultural Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Amphitheatre for the Performing Arts, Inc., <br />a California corporation, desires to share in the expenses <br />of obtaining architectural services for the proposed Santa <br />Ana Cultural Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Rim Associates, Inc. and Leason <br />Pomeroy Associates, Inc, represent that they are authorized <br />and qualified to provide such architectural services for <br />AGENCY and Amphitheatre for the Performing Arts, Inc, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves <br />the agreement for architectural services with Pacific Rim <br />Associates, Inc. and Leason Pomeroy Associates, Inc" which <br />agreement is attached hereto and referr.ed to as Exhibit "A", <br />and authorizes the Chairman of the Agency to execute said <br />agreement on behalf of the AGENCY on the condition that <br />Amphitheatre for the Performing Arts, Inc. duly executes the <br />agreement in a manner approved by the Redevelopment Agency <br />Counsel, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana at its ~ <br />meeting held on the 12 day of March , 1975. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />VERNON S, EVANS, Chairman <br /> <br />/&/:/~ <br /> <br />RICHARD GOBLIRSCH, <br />Executive Director and <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO LEGAL FORM: <br /> <br />
