<br />. ~ 't <br />'; < '. - . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-9 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COM1«JNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING <br />AND FILING A DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT RE- <br />PORT FOR THE AMENDED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECT AREA, AND ORDERING TRANSMITTAL TO <br />APPROPRIATE AGENCIES FOR REVIEW AND COMMENT, <br />AND ORDERING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF <br />COMPLETION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency staff of <br />the City of Santa Ana is preparing an amendment to the Re- <br />development Plan, and has prepared a draft Environmental Impact <br />Report for said amendment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Re- <br />development Agency of the City of Santa Ana that it hereby <br />receives and files the draft Environmental Impact Report for <br />the proposed amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the City <br />of Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Project Area, and hereby <br />orders the Executive Director of the Agency to transmit copies <br />of the draft Environmental Impact Report, consult with, and <br />obtain comments on the draft Environmental Impact Report, from <br />those public agencies which have jurisdiction by law with <br />respect to the amended portion of the Redevelopment Plan. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency staff may consult with persons or agencies which have <br />special expertise concerning the environmental impact of the <br />project. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is <br />hereby ordered to file a copy of the draft Environmental Impact <br />Report in the public libraries within the City of Santa Ana, to <br />be available for inspection by the general public, and to keep <br />a copy available to the public in his office. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is <br />hereby ordered to transmit the draft Environmental Impact <br />Report to the City of Santa Ana Redevelopment Commission, Project <br />Area Committee and Planning Commission for their review and <br />comment. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is <br />hereby ordered to file a Notice of Completion of the draft <br />Environmental Impact Report with the Secretary of the California <br />State Resources Agency. <br />
