RESOLUTION NO. 75- 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST, CON- VENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE, AND ORDERING, THE ACQUISITION FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES THE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSEMBLING A SITE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING r WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described is situated within the City of Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Project Area, and has been appraised for the Community Redevelop- ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana by John Donahue, a qualified real estate appraiser, and the purchase price provided for hereinafter is equal to the value of said real property affixed by such appraisal; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FINDS, DETERMINES AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: . 1. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and the Agency hereby orders, the acquisiton by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, a public body, corporate and politic, for purposes of redevelopment, and for purposes of assembling the Senior Citizens Housing Site, a fee simple estate in and to that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana Redevelopment Project Area as follows: ASSESSOR'S APPRAISED PARCEL NO.
