<br />, <br />.. <br />. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75- ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FINDING AND <br />DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATES OF <br />PER DIEM WAGES, AND THE GENERAL PREVAILING <br />RATES OF PAY FOR HOLIDAY AND OVER-TIME WORK <br />IN SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, FOR WORKMEN NEEDED <br />TO EXECUTE THE AGENCY'S CONTRACTS EXECUTED <br />IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF DIVISION <br />24, PART 1, CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE X OF THE HEALTH <br />AND SAFETY CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Director has obtained from the <br />Public Works Director of the City of Sànta Ana evidence of, <br />and this Agency has ascertained, in conformity with Section <br />33423 of the Health and Safety Code and the standards set <br />forth in Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1, Article II of the <br />Labor Code, the general prevailing rates of per diem wages <br />and the general prevailing rate of pay for holiday and over- <br />time work, in Santa Ana, California, for each craft classifi- <br />cation and type of workmen needed to execute this Agency's <br />contracts executed in conformity with the provisions of <br />Division 24, Part 1, Chapter 4, Article X of the Health and <br />Safety Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That in compliance with the requirements <br />of Section 33423 of the Health and Safety Code, this Agency <br />hereby finds and determines, in conformity with the standards <br />set forth in Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 2, Article I of the <br />Labor Code, that the prevailing rate of per diem wages, and <br />the general prevailing rate of pay for holiday and over-time <br />work, in Santa Ana, California, for each craft, classification, <br />and type of workmen needed to execute this Agency's contracts <br />executed in conformity with the provisions of Division 24, Part <br />I, Chapter 4, Article X, of the Health and Safety Code are <br />as set forth in the hereto attached Schedule of General Pre- <br />vailing Rates of Per Diem Wages, and General Prevailing Rates <br />of Pay for Holiday and Over-time Work in Santa Ana, California, <br />marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 2.
