A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING AND FILING CITY OF SANTA ANA PLANNING COM- MISSION RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAN, THE AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAN, A MAP PERTAINING THERETO, AND THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREOF, AND INSTRUCTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO TRANSMIT DOCUMENTA- TION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT LAW TO THE APPROPRIATE PUBLIC AGENCIES WHEREAS, on January 27,1975, the Santa Ana Planning Commission adopted Resolution 6064 selecting an extended boundary for the City of Santa Ana Redevelopment Project Area, and formulating, approving, and adopting an amended ~reliminary Plan for the redevelopment of the Project Area as expanded¡ and WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana Planning Commission has transmitted to the Community Redevelopment Agency said Resolution 6064, a copy of the amended Preliminary Plan, a map showing the boundaries of the Project Area as expanded, and a legal description of said boundaries. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana that City øf Santa Ana Planning Commission Resolution 6064, the amended Preliminary Plan attached thereto, the map attached thereto showing the Project Area as expanded, and the legal des~rip- tion attached thereto of the Project Area as expanded are hereby received and filed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency is hereby instructed to transmit, on behalf of the Agency, the aforementioned des- cription of the boundaries of the Project Area, as expanded, a statement that an amended Plan for the redevelopment of the Project Area as expanded is being prepared, and the afore- mentioned map indicating the boundaries of the project Area as expanded, to the Orange County Auditor and the Orange County Tax Assessor, and to the officer or officers performing the functions of the Orange County Auditor or the Orange County Tax Assessor for any taxing agencies which, in levying or col- lecting its taxes, do not use the Orange County Assessment Roll or do not collect its taxes through the County of Orange 8' PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana at its meeting held on the ~ day of F~ ,1975. ,-a~ VERNON S.
