<br />'- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-30 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING <br />AND CERTIFYING A SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT REPORT TO THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADOPTED <br />MAY 15,1975, FOR 199 UNITS OF SENIOR <br />CITIZENS HOUSING AND 300 UNITS MODERATE INCOME <br />HOUSING TO BE CONSTRUCTED BETWEEN ROSS AND <br />FLOWER, FIRST AND THIRD STREETS IN THE SANTA <br />ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA UNDER THE UNITED <br />STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937, AS AlŒNDED BY THE <br />HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 <br />(42 U.S.C. 5301). <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana, after due notice, and after a public <br />hearing held on October 26,1976, that a draft supplemental <br />Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15,1975, for 199 units <br />of senior citizen housing and 300 units moderate income housing <br />to be constructed between Ross and Flower, First and Third Streets <br />in the Santa Ana Redevelopment Project Area under the United States <br />Housing Act of 1937 as amended, which draft is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, all written and verbal comments received by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana pertaining to said <br />draft supplemental Environmental Impact Report, are hereby adopted <br />as the final supplemental Environmental Impact Report to the Santa <br />Ana Redevelopment Project Environmental Impact Report adopted May <br />15, 1975. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby certifies that said final <br />supplemental Environmental Impact Report was prepared in conformance <br />with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana's <br />Procedures for Implementation of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations of the California State <br />Resources Agency, as well as the California Environmental Quality <br />Act of 1970. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />26th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 1976, <br /> <br />AYES, MEMBERS: Garthe, Brandt, Ortiz, Ward, Yamamoto <br />NOES, MEMBERS: None <br />ABSENT, MEMBERS: Bricken, Evans <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />RICHARD E.
