<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />GCH:adg <br />8/18/76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76- ;('6 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO <br />EXECUTE A LEASE TO THE COUNTY,OF ORANGE OF <br />AGENCY OWNED PROPERTY, LOCATED AT THE SOUTH- <br />WEST CORNER OF SANTA ANA BOULEVARD AND MAIN <br />STREET IN THE PROJECT AREA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana has acquired certain real properties located <br />within the survey area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, California Health and Safety Code § 33430 <br />permits the Community Redevelopment Agency to dispose of <br />agency owned property by lease; <br /> <br />, WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana desires to lease agency owned property located <br />at the southwest corner of Santa Ana Boulevard and Main <br />Street in the project area to the County of Orange. Said <br />property to be leased for a term of five (5) years, at a <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) for the full term of the <br />lease and shall be used as a County employee parking lot. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Re- <br />development Agency of the City of Santa Ana, that the Chair- <br />man of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the <br />Agency, the lease to the County of Orange, the Agency owned <br />property located at the southwest corner of Santa Ana Boule- <br />vard and Main Street in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />,1976, <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />AURust <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />Ward, Yamamoto, Brandt, Bricken <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />Evans <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />Garthe, Ortiz <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />~Á" ~'~ . .. <br />J HN GA,.
