<br />RESOLUTION NO.7 {. -J.-;J... <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA ASCERTAINING AND DETERMINING THE PREVAILING RATE <br />OF WAGES TO BE PAID FOR EACH CRAFT, OR TYPE OF WORKMAN, OR <br />MECHANIC NEEDED FOR COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS, IN THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ~NA IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF DIVISION <br />24, PART 1, CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE X OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa <br />Ana does find and determine that public convenience and necessity require <br />the acquisition of materials, plant, labor and services for Community <br />Redevelopment Agency projects in the City of Santa Ana, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Executive Director has obtained from the Public Works <br />Director of the City of Santa Ana evidence of, and this agency has ascertained, <br />in conformity with Section 33423 of the Health and Safety Code and the standards <br />set forth in Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1, Article II of the Labor Code, the <br />general prevailing rate of pay for holiday and overtime work, in Santa Ana, <br />California, for each craft classification and type of workmen needed to execute <br />this Agency's contracts executed in conformity with the provisions of Division 24, <br />Part I, Chapter 4, Article X of the Health and Safety Code; <br /> <br />I <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana that in accordance with the requirements of Section 33423 <br />of the Health and Safety Code, this Agency hereby finds and determines, in conformity <br />with the standards set forth in Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 2, Article I of the Labor <br />.
