RITCHEY ST - public hearing of Negative <br />CITY ATTORNEY INSTRUCTED Declaration and Appeal No. 423, <br /> Variance No. 80-33, and Appeal <br />No. 424, CUP 80-11, for property located at 2140 S. Ritchey Street. <br /> <br />The Associate Planner presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke in favor of the matter. <br /> <br />Bob Reid, 8820 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles <br />Niles Gates, 1712-A Newport Circle <br />Sheila Gates, 1712-A Newport Circle <br />Robert Baber, 2130 S.
