GH:adg 5/24/76 RESOLUTION NO. 76-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA MAKING DETERMINATIONS AND ASSURANCES RELATIVE TO REPLACEMENT HOUSING WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana is undertaking certain community redevelopment activities in connection with the Santa Ana Community Redevelop- ment Project Area, pursuant to a Redevelopment Plan (the "Plan") adopted for the Project on a fourteen-acre site bounded by First, Third, Ross and Flower Streets. WHEREAS, such activities are being carried out under provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law and Government Code § 7260 et seq; and WHEREAS, in carrying out real property acquisition activities in connection with redevelopment actions authorized by the Plan, certain residential occupants within said project area will be displaced; and WHEREAS, a current survey and analysis of available re- placement housing has been made by the Agency, through its con- sultants, within the housing market in and around the City of Santa Ana. NOW THEREFORE, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby determines, finds and resolves as follows: Within a reasonable period of time prior to displacement of residential occupants within said project area, there will be available, in areas not generally less desirable in regard to public utilities and public and commercial facilities and at rents or prices within the financial means of the families and individ- uals to be displaced, decent, safe and sanitary dwellings, equal in number to the number of, and available to, such displaced persons who require such dwellings, and reasonably accessible to their places of employment.
