<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CJL:adg <br />4/13/76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />AUTHORIZING CERTIFICATION OF JUST COMPENSATION <br />FOR ACQUISITION OF PARCELS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana, California is acquiring real property in furtherance <br />of redevelopment programs for which financial assistance is being <br />provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />pursuant to Community Development Grant Programs under Title 1 <br />of the Housing Act of 1949; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such acquisition is subject to the Uniform <br />Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Polic~es <br />Act of 1970, and regulations of the Secretary of the Department <br />of Housing in Urban Development pursuant thereto; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California, that <br />the Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana, California, upon acceptance of the review <br />appraiser's report and determination of just compensation (fair <br />market value), is hereby authorized to make a certification <br />establishing just compensation (fair market value) for each <br />parcel on which the determination has been accepted, in accordance <br />with the procedures established under the regulations of the <br />Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana at its Regular meeting held on <br />the 27th day of April, 1976. <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO LEGAL FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />J() <br /> <br />I~ I! ç::;; <br /> <br />KEITH L.
