The Contractor will, in all solicitations or advertisements for <br />employees placed by or on behalf of the Contractor, state that all qualified <br />applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, <br />color, religion, sex or national origin. <br /> <br />C. The Contractor agrees to cause the foregoing provisions to be in- <br />serted in all subcontracts for any work covered by this agreement, so that <br />such provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor provided that the <br />foregoing provisions shall not apply to contracts or subcontracts for stan- <br />dard"commercial supplies or raw materials. <br /> <br />SECTION 507 <br /> <br />SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> <br />None of the services covered by this agreement shall be subcontracted <br />without the prior written approval of the Agency. Contractor shall be fully <br />responsible to the Agency for performance of subcontractors. <br /> <br />SECTION 508 <br /> <br />ASSIGNABILITY <br /> <br />Contractor shall not assign any interest in this agreement and shall <br />not transfer any interest in this agreement without the prior written approval <br />of the Agency. <br /> <br />SECTION 509 <br /> <br />NOTICES <br /> <br />Notices to the parties shall, unless otherwise requested in writing, <br />be sent to the Agency at 20 Civic Center P1åza, Santa Ana, California 92701, <br />and to the Contractor at 1400 North Harbor Boulevard, Suite 240, Fullerton, <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />92635. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
