Seventeenth <br /> Street. The meeting was recon- <br />vened in the Council Chambers at 7:30 p.m., with the same members present. <br /> <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION Robert Ward, Director, introduced <br />"SANTA ANA WINDS" the "Santa Ana Winds" to Council. <br />ROBERT WARD, DIRECTOR The band performed a medley of songs <br /> for Council and members of the <br />public. Mr. Ward reviewed the achievements of this fine group of young <br />people. <br /> <br />On behalf of Council, the Mayor presented Mr. Ward with a City Seal tile plaque <br />and expressed appreciation for the Band's representation of the City.
