<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />CJL:ag <br />1/12/76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CIT~ OF SANTA ANA ACCEPTING <br />A CORPORATION GRANT DEED FROM THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA FOR A PORTION OF THE SANTA ANA <br />TOWERS SITE, APPROVING THE CONTRACT FOR <br />SALE OF SAID SITE AND FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOP- <br />MENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY, HOUSItlG AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND NATIONAL <br />HOUSING CONSULTANTS INC. AND SAFECO TITLE <br />INSURANCE COMPANY ESCROW LETTER AGREEMENT <br />WITH NATIONAL HOUSING CONSULTANTS INC. <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR/RECORDING SECRETARY TO EXECUTE THE <br />SAME. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana hereby accepts from the City of Santa <br />Ana the corporation Grant Deed attached hereto marked Exhibit <br />"A"conveying a portion of the Santa Ana Towers Site to the <br />Agency and hereby declares the Agency to be indebted to the City <br />of Santa Ana for said portion in the amount to be determined by <br />the City and Agency repayable pursuant to Clause 6 of that certain <br />March 12, 1973 Agreement between the Agency and the City. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Contract for Sale of <br />the Senior Citizens Housing Site and for private-redevelopment <br />between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa <br />Ana and Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana and National <br />Housing Consultants Inc., which agreement is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "B" is hereby approved and the Chairman and Executive <br />Director/Recording Secretary are hereby authorized to execute <br />the same. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Safeco Title Insurance <br />Company escrow letter agreement, by and between the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and National Housing Consultants Inc., <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "CO is hereby approved and the Chair- <br />man and Executive Director/Recording Secretary are hereby <br />authorized to execute the same. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />meeting held on the 19th <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />the Community Redevelopment <br />at its Adjourned Regular <br />day of January <br /> <br />, 1976. <br /> <br /> <br />~~.. <br /> <br />~ <br />, <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO LEGAL FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUN1Y OF ORANSE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />) <br />) sS.: <br />) <br />
