<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-;~~~ ~~~: ~ <br /> <br />. belief and professional judgment, (i) the working draw- <br />ings and specifications are consistent with the approv- <br />ed final proposal, and (ii) the proposed construction <br />in accordance with these plans and specifications is <br />permissible under applicable zoning, building, housing <br />and other codes, ordinances, or regulations as modified <br />by any waivers obtained for the appropriate officials of <br />the City of Santa Ana. This Certification shall also <br />cover compliance with the appropriate Minimum Property <br />Standards (MPS) and other standards, guidelines and cri- <br />teria applicable pursuant to HUD regulations as to <br />Certification and standards issued pursuant to the <br />National Housing Act of 1937. One copy of the certified <br />working drawings and specifications shall be submitted <br />with the Architect's Certification to HUD as well as to <br />the Agency and the Authority; provided, however, that <br />receipt and retention by HUD of these working drawings <br />and specifications shall not denote or constitute HUD <br />review or approval of such drawings and specifications. <br /> <br />. (e) SEC. 302. Changes in Construction Plans. This Section <br />is deleted in its entirety and a new Section 302 is inserted as <br />follows: <br /> <br />SEC. 302. Changes in Construction Plans. If the <br />Redeveloper desires to make any change in the construc- <br />tion plans after their approval by the Agency, the <br />Redeveloper shall submit the proposed change to the <br />Agency for its approval. If the construction plans, as <br />modified by the proposed change conform to the require- <br />ments of Section 301 hereof and the Scope of Development, <br />the Agency shall approve the proposed change and notify <br />the Redeveloper in writing within fifteen (15) days <br />after receipt thereof by the Agency. Such change in <br />construction plans in any event, shall be deemed approved <br />by the Agency unless rejected by the Agency, in whole or <br />in part, by written notice to the Redeveloper within said <br />IS-day period setting forth in detail the reasons there- <br />for. <br /> <br />(f) SEC. 401. This Section is hereby deleted in its entire- <br />.ty and a new Section 401 inserted as follows: <br /> <br />SEe. 401. Restrictions on Use.
