<br />."~'-~~- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-, . <br /> <br />f. <br />,"-, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />EMPLOYMENT OF CONTRACTOR <br /> <br />Aqency does hereby employ Contractor to perform the <br />services hereinaf~er set forth in connection with the Project, <br /> <br />for the compensation and upon the terms and conditions set forth <br /> <br /> <br />herein; and Contractor hereby accepts employment and agrees <br /> <br />to perform each and all said services for the compensation and <br />upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br /> <br />II <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Contractor agrees to render consultation and advice <br />to Agency on economic, financial, marketing and appraisal matters <br /> <br />necessary to the implementation of the Project in the form and <br /> <br />to the extent specified by Agency when and as needed, such ser- <br /> <br />vice <br /> <br />to include the following: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Consult, assist and advise Agency with respect <br />to marketing, financial and disposition problems, <br /> <br />including the financial testing of land use and <br /> <br />development concepts proposed by, or to be pre- <br /> <br />sented to, prospective developers. <br /> <br />!1'l1e purpose <br /> <br />of Contractor's services shall be. to assist Agency <br /> <br />in identifying and implementing specific devel- <br />opment projects which can be undertaken within <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />the private sector. <br />Evaluate the plans and programs of other consult- <br /> <br />ants of Agency, and assist such consultants on <br />matters related to market potential, financial <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />feasibility and economic impact. <br />Undertake detailed economic/financial analysis <br /> <br /><I. <br /> <br />as may be required related to developer proposals. <br />Identify prospective developers and tenants, <br /> <br />and participate in formal and informal discussions <br />and presentation with 8uch prospective developers <br /> <br />and tenants, other community officials, and the <br /> <br />public. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3A <br />
