He has served as a member of the Statewide Technical <br />Advisory Connnittee For Review of Community Redevelopment Law and <br />Tax Increment Financing. He is a former Member of the Board and <br />Chairman of the Planning Connnittee for the San Francisco Planning <br />and Urban Research Association (SPUR). He is also a member of the <br />National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, and <br />an officer of the Land executives Association.
